We recognise that young people thrive when they feel safe, understood, and supported, and our pastoral care system is designed to provide that foundation.<\/p>\n<p>Each year group has a<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>dedicated Head of Year<\/strong>\u00a0who offers emotional support, guidance, and a consistent point of contact for pupils and families:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Year 7 \u2013 Ms T Williams<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Year 8 \u2013 Ms A Mckernon<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Year 9 \u2013 Ms D Wood<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Year 10 \u2013 Ms D Burns<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Year 11 \u2013 Ms C Meredith<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In addition, our<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>Progress Leaders<\/strong>\u00a0have an overview of the support across each year group and act as a further point of contact for pupils needing guidance or help:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Year 7 \u2013 Mr T Wilkes<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Year 8 \u2013 Mr G Bellfield<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Year 9 \u2013 Ms T Jones<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Year 10 \u2013 Ms A Blackham<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Year 11 \u2013 Ms J Singleton<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Together, our pastoral team works to ensure that every pupil feels heard and supported.
